Real Estate Administrative / Office Assistant

We are looking to hire an Administrative assistant to work out of our Marietta, GA real estate office.

Job description:

  • Will be making calls to potential sellers and run down leads; must have excellent people and negotiating skills
  • Two-weeks paid vacation
  • Company provided Apple iPhone

  • Must be driven and self-motivated to take initiative
  • Able to balance multiple projects at once
  • Must have a fun and outgoing personality
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experienced in Microsoft office (excel, word...etc)
  • Data entry tasks
  • Manage social media content
  • Vendor Management
  • Office with window (1642 Powers Ferry Rd Suite 150 Marietta, GA 30067)
  • 20-30 hours a week with full time potential after 90 days
  • Pay is $15/hr
  • Background criminal check required
